CubeRunner Installation Instructions
CubeRunner’s cube delivery system is comprised of two components:
- CubeRunner Client Application - The CubeRunner client application
is designed to run interactively and is used by Cognos Administrators
to define the cube build and deploy properties for a cube or logical
group of cubes.
The client application cannot be executed by a command line.
- CubeRunner Server Application - The CubeRunner server application
executes both interactively or as a command line application.
It is designed to run as a batch process managing the building
of PowerPlay cubes on the Cognos Transformation server and deploying
PowerPlay cubes to the PowerPlay Enterprise Server.
